SHIPPING & RETURNS
Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of the date on your invoice. Please return the item unused with all original tags, labels, and packaging in tact. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or untagged will not be accepted for exchange.
For returns, full-price merchandise must be processed 10 days of the date listed on the invoice. The item must be in its unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging in tact. Items that have been discounted will not be accepted for returns. We will do our best to accommodate you fully with all reasonable exchanges in regards to sizing and styles. The cost of all returns and exchanges will be paid for by the purchaser.
Due to COVID-19, we've shut down our New York warehouse and moved the entire inventories to our Seoul warehouse, therefore all the products will be shipped straight to your shipping address from South Korea. Our shipping cost is currently slightly higher than the pre-pandemic rate since EMS charges extra COVID-19 handling fee. We will adjust the shipping cost back to normal as soon as EMS stops charging the extra fee.
Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship your item within the next 24-48 hours via Express Mail Service (EMS). Once the item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Orders that are placed after 3:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed on the next following business day.
